Gaming Supervisor | Brisbane Region | Redcape Hotel Group Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a committed & passionate hospitality professional to join the Leadership Team at one of our venues in the Brisbane area as our Gaming Supervisor. You would assist your Gaming Manager to successfully run the business' gaming related operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

Duties and Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue's Leadership Team, taking carriage of the Hotel's general gaming operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
Leading a team of gaming staff, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Adhere to legislative requirements & maintain compliance related duties. Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with your Hotel's operating hours. RSA & RSG qualifications are essential (or willingness to obtain). Leadership experience is preferred, but is not a mandatory requirement.
