The Gaming Services Host position reports directly to the Gaming Services Supervisor/Assistant Gaming Manager and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a positive and memorable guest experience through proactively engaging with our guests. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and thrive in the Electronic Gaming team.
A few of your responsibilities: Meet and greet guests across the gaming floor and private gaming areas introducing yourself and how you can assist them. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business. Provide guidance and instructions to customers on game selection, rules, and gameplay.Ensure that gaming areas are consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.Monitor gaming activities are compliant with our establishment's policies. What are we looking for: Must be able to work full time hours on a rotating rosterExperience in a guest service-related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills RSA qualification or willingness to obtain About you: With your exceptional attention to detail and customer centric background, you will take pride in ensuring a fun and unforgettable experience for our guests. Your ability to work collaboratively with a large and diverse team will set our Electronic Gaming Team up for success.
