What you'll do: Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming roomLead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every timeCoordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellenceEnsure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the VenueImplement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling CodeWhat you'll need: Gaming experience within a VenueAbility to lead effective teams and build a positive cultureOperational experience to achieve financial and business targetsCurrent RSA and RSG/RCG are essentialThe desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional teamThe benefits are good too!
