Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has an opportunity within our global Quality Assurance team based out of our Adelaide, Australia location. While this is an entry level administrative role, there is opportunity for growth.

You will focus on letter writing, data entry, and translations for certification reports. This includes reviewing engineering test files, compiling documents, proofreading, and conducting related research.
While experience in this specific role is not required, we are looking for someone with an eagerness to learn and a keen eye for attention to detail, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You will be given on the job training to develop and understand the gaming industry related certification process, jurisdiction knowledge and reporting requirements.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Write and reviews recommendation reports. Prepare compliance packages for shipping. Review technical engineering documentation Develop an understanding of the specific requirements for each submission and jurisdiction. Recording quality and internal errors. Troubleshoots questions or issues relating to reporting, utilising guides and previous submissions. Data and database management. Communicates with engineering staff and manufacturers with guidance from supervisors. Experience, Education, Skills, and Credentials: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the team and clients. Must have the ability to handle and organise multiple projects and deadlines. Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness While not required, candidates who completed Business Administration courses are encouraged to apply. Location: This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Adelaide, south of the CBD.
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Pay : AUD 29.13 per hour (56,800/yr + Super)
