As a Gaming Host, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our clients at our Campbell & George venue.
This is a full-time role based in Queanbeyan, NSW.
What you'll be doing Delivering exceptional customer service to gaming patrons Assisting customers with gaming machine operations and troubleshooting any issues Promoting responsible gambling practices and adhering to relevant regulations Monitoring gaming floor activity and ensuring a safe and secure environment Maintaining accurate records and reporting on gaming activities Supporting the venue management team with various administrative tasks What we're looking for Proven experience in a customer service or gaming host role, preferably within the hospitality or gaming industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Familiarity with gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices The ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays What we offer At Campbell and George and The Vikings Group, we are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment where our employees can thrive.
