Gaming Attendant & Relief Assistant Duty ManagerAbout the position
Our Gaming team plays a critical role in the ongoing success of our Club operations.
Wests is seeking a Gaming Attendant to join their New Lambton club operations team on a permanent Full-Time basis.
This position will also involve acting as a relief Assistant Duty Manager when needed (Training provided).
Key responsibilities include:
Provide friendly customer serviceGaming machine serviceDrink orders and delivery to machinesReset and payout jackpot winsOperation of Tab and Keno terminalsCleaning of work station and equipmentOperation of tills and cash handlingCollect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaningAssist the Duty Management team to coordinate shifts.Provide training and mentoring to develop team members.Promote a positive and supportive team culture.Ensure compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, ILGR Regulations and Gaming Machine Act.This position requires availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday.
Shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning.

This position is ideal for an experienced candidate seeking a pathway into a management position within our clubs.

Certifications required: RSA, RCG, Tab Basics
