Position: Game Master Location: Paradise Centre Main Duties and Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones and emails Independently manage shifts and effectively prioritize tasks Greet and assist guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly Brief, supervise, and support guests during their escape room experiences Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout their visit Reset escape rooms accurately and efficiently after each group Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workspaces and escape rooms Collaborate effectively within a team to maintain operational efficiency Demonstrate quick thinking to troubleshoot and adjust escape rooms as needed Keep up-to-date with knowledge about our escape rooms and business offerings Perform other duties as assigned by management Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/PC applications (Word, Excel, Google Sheets), email, and internet browsers Strong verbal and written communication skills Orgainised with a keen sense of punctuality Ability to think quickly and prioritize tasks effectively Flexible, adaptable, and approachable demeanor Friendly and enthusiastic personality Why Join Us?
