We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager (Cetaphil) - Consumer to join our team based in North Sydney for 12 to 15 months .
Cetaphil encompasses a range of cleansing, moisturizing, and UV protective products for compromised and sensitive skin. Cetaphil is a premium skincare brand that has been recommended by dermatologists for over 70 years and is today used by millions of people with sensitive skin from all over the world.
Key Responsibilities Develop and activate brand strategy across Galderma's Consumer Skincare portfolio to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets across Australia and New Zealand. Accountable for brand portfolio performance, ensuring P&L delivery and achievement of annual targets. Lead the creation of strategic brand plans, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring effective execution to maximize business performance. Develop consumer insights and competitor analysis to inform brand strategy and optimize marketing investments. Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, regulatory, medical, and finance teams to align on strategy and optimize plan implementation. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent. Extensive brand marketing experience within FMCG, including a strong understanding of the Pharmacy channel. Proven experience in new product launches and managing multi-channel consumer & shopper marketing programs. Strong expertise in digital marketing campaigns and customer engagement processes. Experience managing OTC products with a good understanding of TGA compliance.
