About the Role Our Construction Supervisors are essential to our building operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient progress of each project. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your extensive experience in construction supervision to manage the entire building process, from planning to handover. An ideal candidate is a proactive and hands-on individual who is committed to achieving results.
You'll work closely with our team, subcontractors, and customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing multiple projects concurrently, coordinating various stakeholders, and maintaining clear and regular communication throughout the building process.
Key Responsibilities: Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Manage site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant WHS regulations. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards. Track project progress, manage budgets, and report on key performance indicators. Proactively identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays. Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
