Job Description We are seeking an experienced Training Administrator as a support function for our Training and Compliance department across different business units.
The T&C administrator will enable improved transparency, communication, timeliness, and reporting for better business performance.

Key responsibilities:
Prepare monthly statistical and matrix reports.
Generate graphs and metric reports as required for Group Safety, Wellbeing & Training Manager.
Create PowerPoint presentations regarding monthly stats for the Board reports.
Design and produce internal staff communications including newsletters, posters, and training presentations.
Maintain filing of hard & soft copies of training records.
Conduct inductions for new staff.
Maintain and update employee personnel records in upcoming new systems for development activities, credentialing, and compliance details.
About you:
Demonstrate experience in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years professional experience.
Proficient in MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel experience.
Strong reporting capabilities.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Experience with data entry, maintaining accurate records of training activities, participant details, and training materials.
Clear, professional communication skills.
Resourceful – ability to source information available via technology and resources.
