Job Description We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Manager passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and transformative change. About the role:
Lead the Sydney Contact Centre, driving Customer Experience initiatives and operational efficiencies. Mentor and develop up to 6 team leaders and senior team members to deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences. Implement the National Contact Centre Strategy to elevate performance standards in customer and Employee engagement. Build a culture of best practices, consistently improving people and customer experiences. What you'll bring:
Minimum 5 years in contact centre leadership, with a focus on operational and transformational excellence. Proven track record in team leadership, coaching, and employee engagement. Expertise in workforce management, including forecasting, scheduling, and budget management. Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams. Demonstrated success in achieving high standards of customer service and operational metrics. Experience in enhancing sales and customer retention rates.
