Join our fun and collaborative corporate team in this newly created role supporting the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment activities, whilst providing HR support to the Adelaide office.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will bring your extensive recruitment expertise in partnering up with senior leaders on best practice sourcing strategies that will drive our growth.

Fyfe is a progressive engineering, surveying, environmental, and town planning consultancy that services clients across a range of sectors, including renewables, oil and gas, mining and resources, property and infrastructure, government, and defence (just to name a few). We are Australian owned and have 16 offices nationally.

The Opportunity:
Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with Fyfe's attraction, engagement and retention strategy. Shortlist, phone screen and interview white collar technical staff. Partake in annual career fairs. Provide generalist HR support to the Adelaide office, with the support of your team in Brisbane. Effectively manage existing relationships with senior leaders across Fyfe to build a strong understanding of their business, technical and cultural fit requirements. Demonstrate your natural marketing / social media persona to grow our brand and showcase our culture and projects. Your background:
Proven recruitment experience (at least 5 years) in professional services environment (those with experience in recruiting for engineering and or surveying businesses are highly desirable). Bachelor degree in Business, Commerce or Human Resources is desirable. You are proactive and enjoy working in a very busy role. A great communicator, that is personable, and flexible in your approach to suit different stakeholder personalities. Demonstrated understanding of candidate attraction, including employment branding through various sourcing mediums. You are a permanent resident/citizen or have full working rights. How to apply:
