The Role
As a Management Accountant, you will:
Lead the month-end process and ensure the timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Deliver financial and KPI reporting to the senior leadership team and board. Conduct detailed analysis of cost and revenue to identify opportunities or challenges. Oversee cashflow forecasting, fixed asset management, and reconciliation processes. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and manage reporting for BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, and GST. Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Drive process optimization, enhance efficiency, and support stocktake processes. We Are Searching For A qualified professional with over 5 years of experience in fast-paced businesses. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous). A team-oriented individual with strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A self-motivated professional who values integrity, continuous improvement, and attention to detail.
