Their resource library is a one-stop-shop for all Co HD resources, including fact sheets, podcasts, videos and more.Integral to the success and longevity of these services, is our client's fantastic family of donors and the overwhelming support of their community.Key to maintaining this is the appointment of a Fundraising and Events Coordinator into the beautiful team at the South Australia Office.DescriptionThe South Australia Fundraising and Events Coordinator is responsible for retaining current donors and generating new revenues through Heart Kids major Community Fundraising campaigns, national and state Community Fundraising initiatives, as well as providing assistance with the expansion of other donation income streams including, but not limited to, Golf Days, Community Fundraising Events and other Peer-to-Peer activation's.Responsibilities:Expand and Deliver Fundraising programs (60%)Develop and deliver the donor retention and expansion plan for Heart Kids major Community Fundraising campaigns in South Australia and other donation programs, as needed.Assist with the delivery of community fundraising campaigns with state donors that align to national strategy and achieve national fundraising targets in the areas of Campaigns, Community Fundraising, and Events.Support the delivery of other donor income channels, but not limited to, Golf Days, Corporate, Workplace Giving, Sale of Tickets, Merchandise and Collection Boxes.Assist the coordination of Heart Kids state events, including effective relationships with third-party fundraisers to support their efforts, raise awareness and deliver income targets.Assist with the delivery of all state based fundraising programs and initiatives.Administration & Reporting (20%)Maintain accurate record of donor and fundraiser data within Salesforce database.Deliver Moves Management state program which includes engaging, phoning and emailing past donors.Ensure compliance with relevant fundraising legislation and practices for activities held throughout the division.Contribute to monthly reporting on fundraising expansion activities.Community Engagement & Communications (20%)Secure new state partnerships and in-kind support from businesses, individuals, and broader community to support fundraising and Support programs.Work with the national team to develop relationships with community groups, volunteers and Heart Kids families.Work with the national fundraising team to deliver effective local communications.Work with the national Heart Kids team to support and build strong internal relationships.Performance Goals (KPIs)Support the delivery of South Australian's and other Fundraising and Events annual fundraising targets.Effectively manage state Peer-to-Peer and donor relationships.Maintain accurate and quality data entry into Salesforce for stakeholder management and income.Support, as needed, with strategic engagement of corporate supporters and in-kind partners nationally.Build and actively manage relationships with local and national Heart Kids staff and teams.ProfileDemonstrated success in broad community fundraising, events, marketing and communications with a track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets within the not-for-profit and/or charities sectorAbility to develop and execute fundraising strategiesPrepare and deliver presentations to potential sponsors and at events when neededStrong planning, organisation, and time management skillsExceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills with proven ability to establish and nurture relationshipsExperience working with volunteers across events and fundraising campaignsExceptional levels of written and verbal communicationAbility to work autonomously while being part of a teamCompetency in Microsoft Office suite of productsHeart Kids Limited is committed to child safety.
