What you'll be doing: Assisting Team Leader with motivating and maintaining the spirit of your teamSupporting your Team Leader with the vision and focus of your teamConsistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)Assisting and supporting your Team Leader in all aspects of the FCM business environment; including: Customer service and satisfactionImplementation and adherence to the FCM daily, weekly and monthly systemsAchievement of financial results and KPI'sFacilitating ongoing training for all team membersNurturing team members developmentCaretaker role in Team Leader absenceMaintaining communication between team membersMaintaining an overall positive office environmentWhat you'll need: Leads by example and ability to motivate othersAttentive to staff and client needsEmbrace company philosophy, values and changeAbility to manage change and exceptional customer serviceAbility to handle high volumes of businessThe drive, determination and focus to co-lead a successful businessMinimum 2 years proven sales ability with consistent figures in a travel manager or travel consultant roleGDS proficiency, with Sabre highly regardedWhat's In It For You?
