Consultants, 2ICs and Team Leaders earn a base salary with uncapped commissions. Team Leaders earn a share of store profits and are offered ownership in their store. For the last 3 years Team Leader earnings have averaged over $100k.
Our Team Leaders are Business Owners who are given autonomy and decision-making ability. They lead their team's performance, culture and take ownership of successes and failures. Every year our top achievers are rewarded with an overseas global event.
