Initially in this role, you'll be providing essential support that keeps our WA sales team running smoothly. You'll manage travel arrangements, ensure accurate HubSpot CRM reporting, and be the go-to person for sales-related inquiries. The role includes accompanying the WA Area Manager on up to 5-10 day sales trips to the Pilbara region, giving you hands-on experience in the field, in view of owning the WA Area Manager role in future. With this clear path over the next 3-5 years, this position is perfect for someone with the right attitude and looking to grow into this role.
Key Responsibilities: Support the WA Area Manager: Provide high-level administrative assistance, ensuring all operations run seamlessly.Database Management: Keep our HubSpot CRM up to date, logging all company and client interactions.Sales Trip & Mine Site Coordination: Handle the logistics of mine site visits and sales trips, including paperwork, travel, and accommodation bookings.Expense Reporting: Manage the WA Area Manager's credit card and monthly expense reports, ensuring timely submissions.Inbox Management: Oversee the WA Area Manager's email inbox, ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries and quote requests.Promotional Material Management: Maintain stocks of promotional materials and brochures, ensuring our sales team is always prepared.KPI Updates: Track and update KPI statistics for the WA Area Manager in 1:1 meeting software.Sales Enquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for escalated sales-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.Tender Support: Provide administrative assistance for tender submissions.About You: Customer Service Excellence: You're dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and enjoy engaging with others.Sales Driven: You have a natural aptitude for sales—you're resilient, driven, and ready to take on new challenges.Organised & Detail-Oriented: Your organisational skills are second to none, and you have a keen eye for detail.Team Player: You thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software, particularly HubSpot, is a plus.Strong Communicator: Your communication and interpersonal skills are top-notch.Adaptable: You're flexible, can handle change, and work well under pressure.Self-Motivated: You have a strong work ethic and are always looking for ways to improve.Bonus: Experience in the mining and exploration industry.If you're excited about the prospect of growing your career in sales and want to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, we want to hear from you!
