ABOUT THE BUSINESS One of NSW's market leading Residential builders who have recently won a number of long-term projects are looking for a Site Supervisor.
They have been experiencing growth that has dramatically outstripped forecasts and are therefore expanding their team.
ABOUT YOU The successful Site Manager will be responsible for delivering residential build projects across the Western Sydney locations.
This is a role with the potential to develop into the most senior site specialist in the business.
This Residential Builder has a strong pipeline of work and isn't slowing down!
As the Foreman, you will be ultimately responsible for the on-site activities of all active site teams from a Time, Safety, and Quality perspective.
You will assist in the development of construction programs while working in a delivery capacity and managing residential sites.
You will need to be able to demonstrate: Minimum 3 years experience as a Residential Site ManagerTrade Qualified (carpenter ideal)This is a role that will see you further develop within the business, so stability with former employers is essentialMust have worked for a reputable residential builder in a major Australian city and have full Australian working rightsAbility to manage a number of homes concurrentlyTeam player looking to flourish with a business that has an incredibly supportive leader and teamIn return for your expertise, you will be rewarded with a salary of circa $110k - $130k package and be given the opportunity to drive the business unit to further success in a leadership role.
