Manage and mentor a team of accounting staff to achieve team goals Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulatory requirements Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic planning Drive process improvements and develop robust financial controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and identify opportunities What we're looking for:
