Your New Role Day-to-day responsibilities include: Expertly assemble furniture pieces according to specifications and instructions, including gluing joints and clamping solid timber furniture.Ensure precise measurements, alignments, and fittings to achieve a flawless finished product; quality checked and clean.Work with solid timber machinery such as docking & panel saw, thicknesser, and wide belt sander.Collaborate with design and production teams to maintain consistency and accuracy.Identify and report any issues or defects in the assembly process promptly.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols and guidelines.Assist in inventory management and organization of furniture components.Assist with dispatch and loading trucks.Occasionally handle supplier pick-ups & deliveries using a company ute or small truck (car license required).What You'll Need to Succeed To succeed in this role, you will need:
