Funeral Director

Management (Community Services & Development) Dawsons Funeral Home is a family-owned funeral home located in Narrogin, approximately 2 hours from Perth, serving families of the Great Southern and Wheatbelt regions of Western Australia. We also have an office located a bit further south, in Katanning.
An employment opportunity exists with the company for an experienced Funeral Director. This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, however negotiable for the right candidate seeking less hours.
Your duties will include all aspects of the funeral industry, but are not limited to: arranging and conducting funerals, general administration work, assisting at funerals, conducting transfers of deceased, and mortuary work.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the Funeral industry, within Australia, is essential. A willingness to conduct after-hours transfers and Saturday funerals when required is also desirable.
Please note duties in this role involve travelling outside of the immediate proximity of Narrogin and/or Katanning on a regular basis.
