We are seeking a dedicated Funeral Administrator to join our client's team and provide essential support to families during one of life's most challenging times.
Key Responsibilities : Assist families with funeral arrangements, ensuring all their needs are met with sensitivity and care Manage and organise funeral service schedules, liaising with various stakeholders including funeral directors, florists, and other vendors Handle administrative tasks including documentation, invoicing, and records management Maintain client files and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times Provide exceptional customer service, guiding families through the process with empathy and professionalism Support funeral directors in the planning and coordination of funeral services Key Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Compassionate, empathetic, and able to support grieving families Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in general administrative functions Previous experience in a similar role or within the funeral industry is an advantage but not essential High level of discretion and confidentiality Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team A positive, warm and friendly disposition If you have a genuine passion for helping others and a strong administrative background, we'd love to hear from you.
