We are searching for a leader who can leverage fundraising data to foster strategic growth and innovation while guiding and mentoring a team to achieve shared objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Provide intelligence across advanced analytics to share a deep understanding of trends, patterns and connections regarding donors and their engagement across all fundraising campaigns and appealsLead the translation and visualisation of donor analytics into actionable insights that optimise the donor experience, meet organisational requirements for data segmentation, develop strategy recommendations and inform performanceCollect and collate data from multiple sources and varying systems to create a dashboard of comprehensive analyticsUsing Raisers Edge and Domo Data Experience Platform, collate data and share real-time changes and insights from multiple data sources that inform and affect fundraising outcomesLead a team of 3 Data Analysts that support the fundraising program to provide coaching, regular feedback and opportunities for ongoing personal and professional developmentAnalyse and interpret fundraising data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform fundraising strategies across Individual Giving, Regular Giving, Philanthropy and Gifts in Wills fundraising programsSkills and Experience: Proven success leading on intelligence of strategic data analytics and donor insights, to collate and interpret large and complex data sets across a fundraising programDemonstrated experience working with data visualisation tools, and presenting fundraising data insights to inform all relevant internal and external stakeholdersStrong understanding of fundraising principles and practices and the role data plays in driving strategy, campaigns and programsSuccess using a fundraising CRM, ideally Raiser's Edge, at an advanced proficiency level and experience with supporter segmentation tools and third-party data overlaysAbility to assess and analyse information and design effective solutions, reports and dashboardsThe ability to drive results while leading, coaching and inspiring a team to meet agreed outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and relate well with a variety of stakeholdersStrong organisational and project management skillsDemonstrated commitment to teamwork, continuous development, and knowledge sharing with the drive to make an impact across health-focused programs on a national scaleApplications Please apply by uploading your resume expressing your interest and suitability for the role.
