It is a multi-disciplinary institute with research across key themes such as – Infection & Immunity, Cancer, Liver, Neuroscience and Cardio-respiratory.About your new jobThis is a rare and exciting opportunity to utilise all of your strengths and manage various functions within the business. Excitingly no 2 days will be the same and some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to –Provide administrative support to Head of FoundationProvide administrative support with all members of the Foundation team, as required, across Major Donors, Strategic Partnerships, Community and Gift in Will areas of fundraisingSupport the implementation of community engagement and fundraising campaigns across all Foundation departments through liaison with internal stakeholders, agency partners, suppliersSupport of Strategic Partnership activitiesAssist with booking venues, meetings, catering for tours and events held in WIMR including event logistics including bump in/outs, permit applications, volunteer recruitmentSupport the team to implement regular CRM updates, donor register updates, mailing lists updatesWork with Communications and Marketing team in contributing to digital and social media, EDM campaigns for the Foundation initiativesWork with the Finance team to ensure documentation and input related to areas such as donations, expenses, invoices are up to date and correctly provided on a timely basisGeneral office duties and supportAbout you!A positive, can-do attitude, and experience in engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders, good people skills with collaborative attitudeExcellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skillsExcellent computer skills including office, PowerPoint, Canva and/or Adobe skillsCRM system knowledge essential – Dynamic 365 preferableExperience organising and managing events such as dinners, lunches, afternoon teas, presentations and speakersUnderstanding of confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with Foundation mattersExperience managing multiple tasks, in a fast-paced environmentHighly organised with good time management skillsSome reasonable afterhours may be required with events and meetingsWhat's in it for you?New state-of-the-art facility located in WestmeadMonday to Thursday – WFH MondaysThe opportunity to make a difference and work collaboratively with a NFP businessA friendly and supportive teamAll Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
