This senior role in the Community Relations Team is your chance to be an active ambassador for the Royal Flying Doctor Service in WA. You will coordinate all fundraising appeals, campaigns and fundraising communications including Flying Doctor Day, Christmas and Tax appeals, regular giving and donor journeys. As a leader in the Fundraising and Philanthropy team, you will provide adaptable support where needed to ensure all RFDS donors and supporters feel appreciated, helping to maintain our status as Australia's most trusted charity and attract strategic fundraising support from individuals in our community.
About youA minimum three years' demonstrated experience in coordinating successful campaigns.Experience in coordinating successful acquisition and retention strategies for donors and/or customers.Experience in planning and delivering effective donor or customer journeys and stewardship through eDM and other communications channels.Accurately capture, track, segment and analyse high quality donor/customer data to deliver targeted campaigns and communications. This includes advanced experience using a CRM.An adaptable and collaborative working style, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and work effectively with others.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate well to a wide variety of people.Ability to manage a small budget and analyse/report on financial and other data.The ability to think and plan strategically.Proven experience and ability to deliver on a plan.About the roleAccountable for project managing RFDS fundraising appeals in collaboration with Marketing and Communications, with KPIs related to income, community awareness, high quality content, data management, acquisition and retention.Develop, implement and manage a regular giving (monthly donor) program as a strategic growth initiative for RFDS.Develop, implement and manage a fundraising stewardship strategy (donor journeys), including eDM and donor communications, in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.Manage and analyse RFDS donor data using the CRM Raisers' Edge to achieve desired ROI in appeals, campaigns and donor stewardship.Represent and coordinate RFDS WA participation in national and state peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives and at occasional events.Solve problems and make sound strategic decisions in consultation with your manager and the Community Relations team.Additional InformationPermanent, full-time role or 0.8 FTE for the right candidate.Salary packaging - up to $15,900 per annum for everyday expenses and up to $2,650 per annum on meals and entertainment expenses.Novated Lease options.Hybrid work environment and flexible hours (work from home options available).Jandakot based office.Free parking.Purpose-led workplace culture of teamwork and collaboration.About UsThe mission of the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Western Operations) is to provide excellence in aeromedical and primary health care across Western Australia.
