We provide a range of free digital and telehealth services to support them and their families. Led by the voices of its community, SANE drives change to improve the lives of those living with complex mental health and end stigma and discrimination.
What we can offer you:
At SANE we offer generous not-for-profit salary packaging options, an employee assistance program, additional Wellbeing Leave, and the opportunity to help Australians affected by complex mental issues live long and fulfilling lives.
What we are looking for:
Join our dynamic team at SANE as a Fundraising and Office Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Fundraising Team while managing essential office administration tasks. Your contributions will help us enhance donor engagement and maintain a smooth operational environment, ultimately making a positive impact on mental health in the community.
Key Functions:
Fundraising and Supporter Care:
In this role, you will assist with various donor engagement activities, including making welcome and thank-you calls to enhance donor retention. Your organisational skills will be vital as you manage donor data hygiene, ensuring accurate records in our CRM system. You'll also conduct desktop research to identify potential new supporters and build engagement lists that will aid our fundraising efforts.
Office Administration:
You will be the first point of contact for our office, handling phone calls and triaging emails to ensure prompt and professional responses. Your attention to detail will shine as you maintain office supplies, manage mail distribution, and organise catering for events. Ensuring a tidy and efficient office environment is crucial, and you'll play a key role in supporting team needs and facility management.
What You'll Bring:
To excel in this position, you should possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to your work. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a friendly demeanour that fosters positive interactions with donors and colleagues alike. Experience in office administration is a must, and familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, will set you apart as a candidate.
Why Work with Us?
