Duties & Responsibilities
The Fundraising Administrator will help the Fundraising team in all aspects of administration and fundraising activities. At times, the activities may help the Communication and Marketing team who work closely in the same office on common projects.
Activities include: Providing general administrative support to the teamsAssistance with service data collection requirements for Management and the Board reporting requirementsAssistance in updating donor records into the CRM systemAssistance in producing marketing materials via Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud toolsCorrespondence with donors and partnersOccasional assistance with fundraising events and ad-hoc requestsAssistance with researching grants, corporate partnerships, and fundraising opportunitiesSelection Criteria: Previous experience with fundraising and marketing is highly regardedPrevious experience with any CRM systems, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud tools is highly regarded (but not required)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Google Drive and tools and/or Microsoft Office SuiteConfident telephone/people mannerStrong organisational skillsExperience in working with people from various backgrounds and culturesAdvanced computer skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other staff and volunteersFlexibility and willingness to take on extra tasks as appropriateAbility to adhere to policies in relation to code of conduct, boundaries, and confidentialityGeneral Conditions:
