About this opportunity • Admin and donor engagement • Minimum commitment 6 weeks with potential for extension • Based in brand new offices in Collingwood • Volunteer (unpaid role) How you can help make a difference Our Individual Giving Manager is seeking a volunteer to support them on data entry, administration and possibly donor engagement tasks. You'll support our mission to end homelessness by ensuring that our database of donors is up to date. We're currently running our annual winter appeal so we'll need your assistance for at least six weeks for about three hours a week, ideally starting mid-June. In this role, you'll be doing: data entry possibly communicating with donors either via email or by phone We're looking for someone who:knows their way around computers and is confident with the MS Office suite familiar with using Excel comfortable speaking on the phone can work independently has good customer and communication skills has a genuine interest in making a difference and helping others a willingness to understand homelessness, and in particular, the needs and issues affecting clients or are experiencing, or are at risk of homelessnessHow to apply To apply for this opportunity, please click on the "Apply for this job" button.
