The Opportunity:
KBR is seeking a Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC) Coordinator to support our Aerospace Program out of Canberra.
The FIC Coordinator will provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) advice and specialist support to plan and manage the delivery of FIC for various projects.
The FIC Coordinator will contribute to the development of best-practice project management within the Program through inputs to development of processes, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across our integrated teams.
Responsibilities:
Group coordination of FIC activities
Represent the project at key coordination meetings for FIC matters.
Coordinate, prepare, and manage FIC related activities and documentation.
Provide regular updates on FIC progress/issues and impacts to cost and schedule.
Engagement with relevant stakeholders.
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
Demonstrated competence and experience in Project Management and/or Integrated Logistics Support at skill Level 3 Practitioner (or above)
Demonstrated experience working effectively within an integrated team environment
Demonstrated competence and experience with the One Defence Capability System process
Ability to work autonomously, and demonstrate an ability to meet demanding milestones
Knowledge of Defence Writing standards
Knowledge of internal Defence processes
Strong client and staff engagement, relationship and communication skills
Defence industry experience (ideally working above the line)
NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance
This role requires immediate access to secure facilities and a current NV1 security clearance. This role is based out of Brindabella Park, Canberra, and requires infrequent travel to other bases.
