We are looking for the Core Operations Associate 1 position within Asia Pacific Global delivery, specifically in the Fund Order Services unit located in Sydney. We are an end-to-end processing team that covers security price updates, security transactions, corporate action processes, and client customized accounting report generation and delivery.

What you will be responsible for:
As a Fund Order Services (Unit Dealing) Associate 1, you will:
Build an understanding of existing mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes.
Work autonomously with confidence in a fast-moving, complex technical environment.
Build relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups.
Assist the senior associate in completing basic research and resolving inquiries for clients, trading partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines, document and update procedures and team checklists, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Assist with client reporting and client projects.
