About the Role: Our client, a leading real estate investment company, is seeking a skilled Fund and Group Accountant to join their high-performing finance team. This role is essential to the company's continued growth and will oversee fund accounting, group consolidations, and compliance to support financial performance across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: Manage Fund Accounting : Oversee financial management and reporting for various property and investment funds, including unit pricing, investor contributions, and performance metrics. Lead Group Consolidations : Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Ensure Compliance : Coordinate tax filings, audit processes, and statutory submissions to meet all Australian regulations. Drive Financial Process Improvements : Enhance internal controls and accounting systems, optimizing efficiency through technology. Collaborate with Stakeholders : Act as a primary contact for investors, auditors, and tax advisors, providing clear insights and reports. About You: CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years of experience in fund accounting, group consolidations, or real estate investment. A strong understanding of Australian accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance. Excellent analytical skills to translate complex data into clear insights. Proven experience managing external audits, tax submissions, and regulatory filings. Experience with MRI would be a strong preference. What's in it for You?
