Key Responsibilities Maintaining and preparing funding models to support investment and project activities.
Collaborating with the accounts team on timely execution of financing-related workstreams and capital management.
Monitoring and evaluating active project investment performance for reporting.
Preparing investor materials such as Information Memorandums and Deal Summaries.
Assisting with debt financing, private equity raising, and other financial workstreams.
Conducting research and analysis for strategic optimisation initiatives, including acquisitions, recapitalisation, and divestments.
Preparing project equity capital calls and equity distributions.
Assisting in the preparation of feasibility and financing models for new development opportunities.
Supporting senior management in evaluating new development opportunities and investment structures.
Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, investors, and banks.
Collaborating effectively across teams to improve internal processes and analysis.
What You'll Bring Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Legal, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a finance, advisory, or commercial role.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with robust financial modelling skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of accounting concepts, reporting, and principles.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively within teams.
Desirable: Knowledge of property valuation methodologies and property feasibility analysis.
Desirable: Post-graduate finance qualifications (e.g., CFA, CA, Masters of Finance, FINSIA).
