Your New RoleAs an analyst in the funds team, you'll work across multiple teams that cover new investments, capital structuring, commercial management, and funds management.
You will initially serve as the debt analyst, preparing fund models to support both investment and project teams.
You'll prepare investor materials like IM's and Deal Summaries, assist with financing structuring and acquisitions, and prepare financial models for new opportunities including sensitivity analysis.
You will also review current capital structures and recommend optimisations as appropriate.
Your Profile/ExperienceIt is expected you have a minimum of 2-3 years of related corporate finance experience, preferably in DCM related roles in advisory or reputable financial institutions.
Hard skills required include building bankable financial models, performing financial due diligence, and sound financial & commercial acumen.
Tertiary qualifications in commerce, engineering, finance, economics, legal or related field are essential.
Any post graduate work towards CFA, grad diploma applied finance, or Masters in Finance would be well regarded.
