Experience in managing superannuation administration. RG 146 certification or the drive to attain it. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to staying updated on legislation and compliance. Skill in building rapport and resolving inquiries/complaints. Proven ability to listen actively and communicate clearly.
