Job Description Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) is the business unit offering this role.
GIDS delivers global omni-channel investor servicing, including a contact centre, using digital services.

What You Will Get To Do: As an Administrator, you will undertake the following duties:
Process and review superannuation tasks as needed, including document linking, file indexing, member and employer applications, contributions, beneficiary updates, correspondence, withdrawals, pension payments, insurance changes, and investment switches.Liaising with advisers and internal staff to effectively solve queries and changes.Diligently ensure the accuracy of member records.Work collaboratively with peers to ensure the successful completion of requests to solve issues.Participate in regular team meetings to provide feedback on process improvements.Participate in task rotations as required.Ensure all administration functions are completed within service levels and ensure regulatory obligations and timelines are adhered to.Appropriately manage operational and compliance risk by escalating errors, incidents, or issues with your manager.Any other administrative duties as required by your manager.
