Fund Accounting Senior Manager

Working for this leading investment management organisation, you will play a pivotal role as a Senior Fund Accounting Manager, and be part of their experienced and collaborative team.
You will be responsible for leading a team of fund accountants, and providing support across day-to-day accounting and administration of a diverse portfolio of investment funds. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the fund accounting team and support with complex cases.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations.
Reconcile cash and investment positions.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports for fund managers and investors.
Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
Liaise with auditors, custodians, and other third-party service providers.
Monitor and report on fund performance and valuation discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or CFA certification preferred.
Experience in a fund accounting leadership position, with a strong track record of building and developing a team.
Strong knowledge of investment management and fund accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
