Functions Coordinator

Function Coordinator – Full Time $35 per hour + Super School holidays off Career development opportunities Great team environment Chartwells are specialists in providing catering and hospitality services in education.

The Position Plan, coordinate and monitor functions and events across the campus ensuring seamless function delivery.
Maintain effective customer and client relationships.
Prepare function sheets for the kitchen and assist with quoting for the clients.
Support and lead the Front of House team with day-to-day operations.
Maintain focus on Food and People safety.
Plan, facilitate and oversee the logistics from first contact and setup to function execution and breakdown.
The Person Current or previous experience in function coordination/F&B supervisory or similar.
Passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by event schedules.
Minimum Requirements: A current Working With Children Check and RSA or ability to obtain is a requirement of this role.
