Their Information Technology Services team is looking for an experienced Functional Consultant with demonstrated expertise in SuccessFactors.This role will support the day-to-day operation of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance and Goals. Responsibilities include user maintenance, issue investigation and resolution, and collaboration with business stakeholders and partners.Reporting to the Team Leader of Business Technology Services, you will be part of a small, dynamic team working across the SuccessFactors solution.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive support for SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance and Goals.Demonstrate expertise in managing user requests through the Service Desk, including effective triaging, while ensuring the maintainability of the core product.Take responsibility for issue resolution, actively participating in testing any changes initiated by our VendorOffer support for seamless integration with various solutions, including Payroll andEngage with stakeholders across multiple business areas to ensure effective communication andProvide support to the existing project team throughout the implementation process, facilitating a smooth operational handover back to our team.Certification in SuccessFactors (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred) DesirableSkillsSuccessFactors solution and business process knowledge or multiple HR solutionsDemonstrated experience and knowledge with SAP and best practicesUnderstanding database design, system configuration etcCertification in SuccessFactors Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred.Other Professional SuccessFactors module experience and/or certifications will also be considered (Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, LMS etc.)Business analysis experience requiredProduct management, Release management, Change management and Support management experience desirable.Why apply with Hudson Recruitment?Wondering which agency to contact for your next role?
