Job Overview : As a Functional Consultant, you will own the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including planning, design, delivery, training, and handover.
This client-facing role involves leading solution teams to achieve outcomes, supported by solution architects, consultants, designers, and developers.
You will also work closely with the Project Manager to manage client communication, collaboration, and risk management, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
As part of the Education Practice team, the clients you will work with include Membership Associations, Training Colleges, and K-12 Schools.
The Education Practice primarily delivers solutions on the Salesforce platform and specializes in Education Cloud.
Role and Responsibilities : Deliver end-to-end solutions, encompassing planning, design, development, testing, training, and handover.Lead solution teams, ensuring outcomes align with client needs and organizational goals.Collaborate with the Project Manager on client communication, project risk management, and budget adherence.Conduct business analysis, develop technical designs, and document processes and solutions.Facilitate client workshops, showcases, and training sessions.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging the team's expertise to provide optimal solutions.Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions or leading comparable software solutions such as:Association Management Software (e.g., iMIS, Microsoft Dynamics)Fundraising Software (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud CRM, Microsoft Dynamics)K-12 Student Information SystemsProven track record of estimating, planning, designing, and delivering end-to-end solutions.Experience in at least two full life cycle implementations as the solution lead.Skills : Experience with Salesforce solutions, preferably with experience in Education Cloud or EDA.Expertise in gathering business requirements and creating documentation such as process maps, architecture diagrams, and user stories.Strong consultative skills, enabling clients to view you as a trusted advisor.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate workshops, showcases, and training.Analytical mindset with a passion for improving processes and systems.Demonstrable ability to collaborate with diverse teams and deliver tailored client solutions.Passion for or experience working within the for-purpose sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
