Functional Business Analyst

Great role for an experienced Functional Business Analyst to join a nationally recognizable chain in the hospitality sector.

What You'll Be Doing Managing project lifecycles end-to-endConducting technical analysis, defining business logic, and overseeing data mapping and governance.Documenting functional requirements and associated business processes.Analyzing business systems and ongoing support needs.Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies.Planning and supporting project delivery and management.Developing, managing, and monitoring project plans and business cases.Proactively identifying risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.Establishing user acceptance testing scripts and acceptance criteria.Conducting user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.Managing defects and enhancements raised during testing.What We Are Looking For Must have experience managing projects end-to-endPrior experience in client and stakeholder management.5+ years of experience in solution development and implementation.Extensive experience in developing functional requirements documents.Functional expertise in supply chain, HRIS, payroll, and finance systems.Proficiency in data integration, data transformation concepts, and mapping data requirements across different applications.Strong verbal and numerical communication skills.Experience with ERP systems, whether through implementation, change management, or administration.Knowledge of project lifecycle management.During the initial induction period, the requirement will be 5 days a week in the office before moving to a standard 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home.
Full-time permanent role with a salary range in the 130K~140K + super range.
