As part of the busy Events Management Team, you will play a key role in the seamless coordination of events, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection.
Event CoordinationManaging a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, charity galas, and more.
Key TasksPreparing event run sheets, floor plans, and schedules.Conducting site inspections and client meetings.Managing bump-in/bump-out logistics and post-event administration.Liaising with kitchen and floor staff for smooth event execution.Ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.Core RequirementsExperience:Minimum 2 years in hospitality or event coordination.Ability to manage multiple priorities, time-sensitive tasks, and high standards of service.Event management or hospitality roles are preferred.Skills:Organisational: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.Tech Competency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, event management software, CRM tools, and administrative reporting.Customer Service: Passion for delivering high-quality service and memorable event experiences.Personality Traits:Proactive, adaptable, and flexible.Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.Summary of Role RequirementsFlexible hours available2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this roleExpected start date for role: 20 November 2024Expected salary: $35 - $45 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
