Pinnacle People is seeking a Function Coordinator for a role that combines on-site event coordination with office-based administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and has excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:On-Site Function Coordination:Oversee the execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the client's expectations.Serve as the primary contact during events, addressing client needs and resolving issues in real-time.Coordinate on-site staff, manage event schedules, and ensure all logistical requirements are met.Office-Based Administration:Manage event bookings, maintain schedules, and handle general administrative duties.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event preparation and execution.Client and Team Communication:Act as a liaison between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of event requirements.Provide exceptional customer service, handling client feedback and inquiries professionally.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in event coordination or a related field.Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work on-site at functions and in an office environment.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.A valid driver's licence.Ability to provide a current police check (completed within past 12 months) or willingness to obtain one.A positive attitude and professional presentation.A valid RSA or willing to obtain.Australian citizenship or permanent residency.Why Join Us?Be part of a supportive team that values excellence and innovation.Gain valuable experience in a role offering diverse responsibilities.Enjoy the variety of working on-site at events and in an office environment.If you're ready to take the next step in your career, apply now to join our team!
