What you'll do : Assist with the design, costing and organising of function packagesEstablish and maintain a customer databaseMake sales calls, follow-up and secure sales in a timely mannerCoordinate function sales initiatives (if applicable)Prepare quotes on a timely basis i.e. within 24 hoursLiaise with suppliers and contractors to the functions businessUpdate and maintain promotional materials including online mediumsWhat you'll need : Display a genuine passion and flare for the industry, love what you do and be a team player with a hands-on attitudePrior experience in functions sales leadership with an ability to develop peopleProven ability to develop strategic plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets and deliver projects on timeExceptional Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to manage inbound enquiries for functions on a multi-site basis and maintain a comprehensive client database using a Function Management SystemFlexible availabilityThe benefits are good too!
