As Interior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales for our range of window furnishings.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to customers visiting our showroom or via phone/email.Guide customers through the sales process, offering expert advice and product knowledge.Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Generate new business opportunities.Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process for our customers.Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.Skills & ExperienceProven sales experience, preferably in the home décor or related industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work full days Monday - Friday 9:00- 5:00 and Saturday 9:00 - 2:00Valid driver's license (full license)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quicklyEnabling positivity in the tougher customer conversationsPassion for Interior DesignCompany provided vehicle for use for all in-house measure and quote requirements.You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of dollar curtains + blinds.If you have a passion for sales and a keen eye for interior design, we would love to hear from you.
