We're looking for committed and enthusiastic team leaders to join our retail team at Brisbane Airport in full-time roles to provide support in all areas of the retail operation of our News Travels store.
Your role as Team Leader will be to support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store and lead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers.
What we are looking for: Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment. Excellent communication skills and personal presentation. A drive to lead your team to achieve goals and targets. Have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results. A positive, energetic, and can-do attitude. Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency. As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate outside typical business hours 7 days a week. We are looking for new team leaders who are able to work independently and are reasonably flexible with availability as shifts may fall outside traditional retail hours.
