You will also be required to be on call to support retail stores & Store Support users after hours during weekdays, weekends and public holidays. The salary for this role has been set recognizing this requirement.Key responsibilities will include:Provide first-level support to end users of POS systemsRespond to service requests and inquires via email or ZendeskEscalate complex issues to level 2 Support or external developers.Provide status reports and updates to all stakeholders and immediate manager regarding SLA statusCreation and maintenance of System Knowledge-Base. This will be used for training materials and troubleshooting references.Be available for on-call works as required outside of business hours if applicable, especially within a projectABOUT YOUTo be considered, you will demonstrate the following experience and attributes:Prior experience in an IT/Helpdesk environmentRetail POS systems support is essentialAbility to analyse existing tools and databases and provide or recommend software solutionsExcellent problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholdersMicrosoft SQL experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communicationBENEFITSWe are looking for someone to join our close-knit team of IT professionals, with great culture and friendly environment.
