What you'll do Our Supervisors take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant.
Leading the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operationsAssisting in managing your team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving any employee issues including grievancesEnsuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standardAssisting with ordering of stock from various suppliersAssisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and reviewing policiesManaging daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurantEnsuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and SafetyWhat you'll bring We'd love for you to join us if you've got what we need:
