Full Time Shop Assistant Lead - Flowers Specialty - Erina

We are looking for people that are driven, passionate and want to help reconnect people with the natural joys of food.We are currently looking for the next Harris Farmer to join the team in our Beautiful store in Erina!Do you have experience in flowers? Specifically:Wrapping and displaying flowers and plants;Quality checking flowers;Wrapping bouquets according to customer requests;Recommending combinations of flowers to customers. Allowing your passion for flowers to show to customers and team members alike!Across all of these roles, you will be responsible for:Providing excellent customer service and addressing the needs of customers;Surprising and delighting customers with consistent quality;Ensuring appealing displays are on show (keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked);Maintaining accurate department signage and pricing;Potentially coordinating a team of fellow Harris Farmers;Stocking and cleaning the department;Maintaining back stock in good order;Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment;Following and complying with all applicable health and safety procedures;Assisting in store where required.Think you've got what it takes?
