We are currently looking for the next Harris Farmer with a background in food preparation and cooking to join the team as a Shop Assistant/Cook at one of our favourite regional stores in Bowral, working Monday to Friday.
We are specifically seeking an individual with experience as a Cook/kitchen attendant or a similar role.
This person will have exceptional attention to detail when it comes to delivering a high quality product, but an equal focus on food health and safety and hygiene.
As a Shop Assistant/Cook you will be responsible for: Providing excellent customer service and address needs of customers Surprising and delighting customers with consistent quality Preparing the vegetables and meat for cooking – including chopping, grating Crumbing schnitzels Preparing meat for oven cooking Maintaining accurate department signage and pricing Stocking and cleaning the department Packing up food Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment, Following and complying with all applicable health and safety procedures Assisting in store departments where required.
