The Role & Responsibilities We are looking for retailers who are outgoing, hardworking and ambitious that want to share our vision of reconnecting people to the joys of food! Our goal is to build teams of enthusiastic experts that love working for us and offer our loyal customers something special.
Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customersSurprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious foodEnsure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stockedMaintain accurate department signage and pricingStock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy caseMaintain back stock in good orderMaintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environmentAssist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealingFollow and comply with all applicable health and safety proceduresSkills and Attributes: Outgoing and bubbly personality, willing to engage with our customersTeam player, coordination is key as working together is imperative for successFlexible availability, it's a busy shop across 7 days!Why you should apply Work with a highly successful businessA highly varied role25% Staff Discount
